Under rule 62 of the California Rules of Court, we here review a municipal court’s order (1) denying a motion to certify a class while (2) simultaneously vacating the unlawful detainer judgments entered by stipulation as to the named individual defendants. Appellants Jesus Martinez and Raymundo Sanchez challenge the former aspect of this order while respondent and cross-appellant William Little challenges the latter.1
