409 charsThe trial court also found that the notice failed to identify what "additional information necessary to administer the section 8 program" Johnson failed to provide. Because the meeting summary adds little information to this ground, we agree that Johnson's termination could not properly be based on this ground. The failure, however, is not prejudicial as the remaining grounds amply support the termination.
