In support of its application for judgment, landlord submitted among other things, a declaration by a neighbor who stated Johnson had come to her apartment, refused to leave when asked, used an expletive, and then poured soda on her face, and a declaration by a second neighbor who claimed to have witnessed the incident. On October 20, 2016, the court granted landlord's application for entry of judgment and Johnson was evicted on January 19, 2017.
