401 chars*609On February 9, 2017, after learning of the eviction, the housing authority served Johnson with a notice advising her that it wished to discuss the eviction with her. The notice included a hearing date and requested that Johnson bring with her to the meeting various items, including the "initial unlawful detainer," "stay of execution" and "any further documentation pertaining to [her] eviction."
