381 charsand the instant case is that a statutory procedure for persons in possession but not named in the judgment for possession was in place when appellant was evicted. The sheriff argues that appellant should have availed himself of the procedure outlined in section 1174.3; that is, he should have presented a claim of right to possession to the court or the levying officer. We agree.
