In Barquis, supra, 1 Cal. 3d 94, it was held in a unanimous opinion that repeated violations of specific provisions of both the Code of Civil Procedure and the Civil Code (initiation of actions by “form complaints” in improper counties for the purpose of impairing the adversaries’ ability to defend) constituted “unlawful” conduct which if *928repeatedly pursued as a “business practice” would be enjoinable under former Civil Code section 3369.
