We of course do not pass on any possible defenses which defendants may have to appellant’s claim for compensatory and exemplary damages. Consent, contributory negligence and assumption of the risk are *921affirmative defenses to be pleaded by the defendants and are irrelevant to the question of whether appellant has stated a cause of action for a nuisance.
