Any real estate broker or real estate salesperson, property owner, rental agent, property
manager, caretaker or any agent or employee thereof, for the purpose of inducing a
real property transaction from which a person, that person's firm, or any of its members
may benefit financially, to alter the availability or terms and conditions of the
selling, brokering, or appraising of residential real property when race, color, creed,
religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability,
marital status, familial status, emancipated minor status, status with regard to a
public assistance program, any requirement of a public assistance program, height
and weight, or any combination thereof, is a motivating factor.

Any real estate broker or real estate salesperson, property owner, rental agent, property
manager, caretaker or any agent or employee thereof, for the purpose of inducing a
real property transaction from which a person, that person's firm, or any of its members
may benefit financially, to deny any person access to or membership or participation
in any multiple listing service, real estate brokers' organization or other service,
organization, or facility relating to the business of selling or renting dwellings,
or to discriminate against them in the terms or conditions of such access, membership,
or participation when race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex,
sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status, familial status,
emancipated minor status, status with regard to a public assistance program, any requirement
of a public assistance program, housing status, height and weight, or any combination
thereof, is a motivating factor.
