"Water (street) main" means a water supply pipe for public or community use controlled by public
authority.
"Water supply system" means the water service pipe, the water distribution piping, and all of the
necessary connecting pipes, fittings, control valves, and appurtenances used for conveying water in the
plumbing system.
"Window guard" see "Child-protection window guard."
