known to be pregnant, there is actual knowledge that a child will reside in the dwelling unit.
"Extermination" means the process of controlling and eliminating of insects, rodents or other pests by
eliminating their harborage places, by removing or making inaccessible materials that may serve as
their food, by poisoning, spraying, fumigating, trapping, or by any other recognized and lawful pest-
elimination methods.
"Fire resistance rating" means the time in hours or fractions thereof that materials or their assemblies
will withstand fire exposure as determined by a fire test made in conformity with recognized standards.
"Fire separation wall" means a fire resistance rated assembly of materials having protected openings
which is designed to restrict the spread of fire.
"Fire wall" means a fire resistance rated wall, having no unprotected openings, which restricts the
spread of fire and extends openings, which restricts the spread of fire and extends continuously from
the foundation to or through the roof.
"Floor area" means the projected horizontal area enclosed inside of walls, partitions, or other
