(2)   Filing fee. At the time of an application, the applicant shall pay a filing fee specified in regulations of the Commission. The fee is in addition to that required by the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and regulations (310 CMR 10.00). No application shall be deemed complete or timely without the payment of all required fees. (3)   Consultant review.
