445 charsFor the foregoing reasons, we conclude that the tenants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law on both their United States Housing Act claim and their District of Columbia Human Rights Act claim. The district court’s grant of summary judgment in their favor on the former is affirmed. Its grant of summary judgment against the tenants on the latter is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
