454 charsWe find the trial court was not in error in finding that Purchaser and Tenants entered into a tenancy at will on a month-to-month basis. Therefore, the trial court correctly ordered Tenants to pay the rent deficiency and to return possession of the premises to Purchaser. Tenants’ point is denied.
