While I think it is clear that Grumley never intended to compromise, and did not compromise, the $7,000 suit, the faet is patent that there is some conflict in the evidence. Now the receipt specifies that the money was received in full satisfaction of the judgment. Is it not natural to conclude that if the pending suit was intended to be included, it would also have been specified in the writing ? Both matters were of importance and covered distinct suits, and it is incomprehensible that if both were expressly settled, one should have been specifically design nated and the other left entirely out.
