529 charsThe instant petition shows that defendant made the same misrepresentations to the rent director and to plaintiff, both directly and indirectly. A tenant induced to vacate by a landlord’s false representations to the rent director has an action for fraud and deceit. Reid v. Brown, 24 N. J. Misc. 350, 49 A. 2d 311; Bernofsky v.
