Finally, Appellant argues that William Rhodes was not entitled to any damages because he had no interest in the lease or hangar building. Rhodes testified that he sold his plane approximately ten years before trial, that he never used the airport for take-offs or landings after the City closed municipal operations in 2002, and that he transferred his interest in the hangars to Finney approximately two or three year's after entering into the lease. He stated that he had nothing to do with the hangar building or its removal. Under the evidence presented, we agree that Rhodes is not entitled to any damages.
