707 charsairport for “... purpose(s) of an airport hangar building and associated activities”, [sic] No one attempted to frustrate the purpose of the Hangar Lease except the plaintiff herein. The defendant, City of Brookfield, in its contract to defendant, Hoyt, provided that possession shall be subject-to the rights of the existing tenants. Likewise, in the real estate contract between defendant, Hoyt, and Roberts which was subsequently assigned to the plaintiff, there was no frustration of purpose, in view of the fact that the remaining lessees continued to use the hangars and to operate the runway with no interference from the defendant, City of Brookfield or from defendant, Hoyt.
