Appellant first claims that Finney and Rhodes were not entitled to damages for the value of the hangar building because their only remedy under the lease was to remove the buildings at the expiration of the lease. This argument ignores the fact that the lessees were obliged to remove the hangar buildings approximately 21 years before the lease was intended to expiré and that they were removed only as a result of Appellant’s actions.
