404 charsThe trial court’s denial of Torre Specialties’ motion for new trial claiming inadequacy of the damage verdict after the jury found Dr. Coates breached the lease agreement is affirmed. The trial court’s order granting Torre Specialties’ motion for new trial on the ground that the verdict in favor of Dr. Coates’ breach of lease counterclaim was against the weight of the evidence is affirmed. All concur.
