When the [HVAC repair technician] left at 11:50 the temperature in our unit was
       at 68. I turned the thermostat up to 72 at 11:55. It took two and a half hours to
       rise to 70 and never reached 72 . . . . As you can understand, every day that passes
       is another day of expensive heating bills and frustration.
