630 A.2d at 1139. We disagree. It is well settled that where a tenant fails to comply with a protective order, the trial court may strike the tenant’s pleadings and enter judgment for the landlord. This is “an appropriate sanction for a trial court to impose in the exercise of its equity power when the tenant has neither abided by the terms of the order nor sought to modify such order.” Davis, supra, 456 A.2d at 827.
