In the case before us, the Rent Administrator had approved the hardship increase and the Commission itself had permitted the landlord to collect the increased rent pending final determination unless the tenant complied with escrow or bond provisions, designed to protect the landlord, of an adminis-trativé type akin to a court protective order. This the tenant declined to do. In such a posture of this case, we can hardly say that the trial court abused its discretion in increasing the amount of the protective order as it did. This action plainly presented no interference with the proper role of the Commission protected by the Drayton principle. B.
