348 charsFor the reasons stated, in Nos. 06-CV-1150 and 06-CV-1387, we affirm the judgment in favor of the defendants on the CPPA claim. We vacate the Sale Act judgment, and remand that claim for further proceedings. In the remaining appeals, we vacate the judgments granting possession to IMDel and remand those cases for further proceedings. So ordered. 1
