Minn.Stat. Ann. § 336.9-333 U.C.C. emt., para. 2 (West 2002) (defining possessory liens as “statutory liens whose effectiveness depends on the lien- or’s possession of goods with respect to which the lienor provided services or furnished materials in the ordinary course of its business”). For these reasons we agree with the district court’s determination that no possessory lien attached to Uniprop’s claim and Conseco’s security interest remains superior to Uniprop’s interest as an unsecured subsequent creditor.
