The second unlawful detainer judgment is a default judgment. On appeal of a default judgment, the party in default may not deny facts alleged in the complaint when those facts were not put into issue in the district court, assert facts on appeal not asserted in the district court, or raise procedural irregularities not raised below, if adequate relief was available by motion to the district court.
