514 charsThe early case of G. D. Taylor Co. v. Place, 4 R.I. 324 (1856) continues to be cited by the court on issues involving Article 10. (See Berbarian v. Lussier, supra. and Sartor v.Coastal Resources Management Council, supra.) When the Court examines the power delegated to condominium associations under the 1982 Act to impose and enforce fines, it concludes that it is the delegation of judicial power, in the same constitutional sense referred to in G.
