326 charsAs the Court has decided this matter on the issues of reprisal and collateral estoppel, the Court need not address additional arguments of counsel regarding the inclusion of certain parties, or the plaintiffs' claims of contempt. The plaintiffs' prayer for injunctive relief is denied in light of this Court's decision, supra.
