357 charsThe defendant avers that G.L. § 33-44-3 (6) specifically provides that rent may be changed upon 60 days notice. See also G.L. § 31-44-1.2. The defendant further asserts that the decision in Baker compelled the defendant to reform the leases to provide for uniform application of rental increases, and as such, the reformed leases do not constitute reprisal.
