491 charsThe plaintiffs allege that the increase is an attempt to unilaterally revoke the present terms of the contract with terms that are more favorable to the defendant. The plaintiffs further contend that the defendant's conduct is inconsistent with the prior ruling of this Court and in violation of the existing contractual relationship. Plaintiffs therefore pray that this Court grant injunctive relief to prevent the defendant from revoking the leases, as well as damages and attorney's fees.
