497 chars"You have the right to sue, but if you sue over someone invoking governmental process, which is what you have done, then you come up against the SLAPP statute the anti-SLAPP statute. This complaint in this case refers to the eviction action and the criminal prosecution. What they did was they tried to influence the outcome of a governmental body of the cops and courts. When you sue people for doing that, then the question is whether or not you're allowed to do that under the SLAPP statute."
