527 charsWe review the court’s decision to pierce the corporate veil to determine whether it was clearly erroneous. “Whether the circumstances of a particular case justify the piercing of the corporate veil presents a question of fact. . . . Accordingly, we review the trial court’s decision whether to pierce [a corporation’s] corporate veil under the clearly erroneous standard of review.” (Citations omitted; internal quotation marks omitted.) Naples v. Keystone Building & Development Corp., 295 Conn. 214, 234, 990 A.2d 326 (2010).
