577 charsWe conclude that the court’s finding of gross negligence is not clearly erroneous. The court carefully considered the evidence before it, including the testimony of several individuals familiar with the dangers involved with the use of a plasma cutter. It was within the province of the court to credit the expert testimony that *743Interstate’s actions demonstrated a total disregard for all industry standards, and, from this, to find that Interstate’s actions amounted to “an extreme departure from the ordinary standard of care . . . (Internal quotation marks omitted.) Id.
