424 charsBecause the calculation of damages would have been the same under both counts of the complaint, the plaintiffs did not seek a duplicative award of damages -mder G. L. c. 186, § 14. A final judgment for compensatory damages in the amount of $35,000, with interest, was entered on March 15, 1995. After the judgment was amended to make a correction in the calculation of interest, the landlords satisfied the judgment in full.
