323 charsStatute 1976, c. 36, § 10(a), as amended by St. 1985, c. 399, § 3, provides in pertinent part that “[j]udicial review of adjudicatory decisions shall be conducted in accordance with section fourteen of chapter thirty A of the General Laws.” See Amari v. Rent Control Bd. of Cambridge, 21 Mass. App. Ct. 598, 600 n.6 (1986).
