development of the property as outlined in the contract. The only parcel (Parcel 4) to which the trust deed referred as required to he subdivided, was subdivided and sold by plaintiffs, and although there is evidence to the contrary, it could be found that they did so pursuant to their contractual obligation rather than to prevent a foreclosure under the trust deed. The conveyance of the property under the contract from defendants to plaintiffs was to be made when a release was made from the contract of property subdivided by plaintiffs, indicating that the latter were to subdivide the property before conveyance.
