this court held that a manufacturer cannot be held strictly liable for failing to warn of dangers that were unknowable at the time of manufacture or distribution, and reiterated the point that the function of loss spreading should not be the exclusive criterion upon which to premise strict liability: “We recognize that an important goal of strict liability is to spread the risks and costs of injury to those most able to bear them.
