423 charsOn August 13, 2002, the New York Police Department armed with a search warrant raided the respondent’s home, and according to the petition discovered a large quantity of cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and weapons. A holdover proceeding brought pursuant to RPAPL 711 and 715 (5) and Real Property Law § 231 was commenced on or about November 17, 2004, some 27 months after narcotics were discovered in the apartment.
