A court’s attorney fees award should also include work related to the fee hearing. Under Real Property Law § 234, a prevailing party may recover fees on fees. (Solow Mgt. Corp. v Tanger, 19 AD3d 225, 227 [1st Dept 2005, mem], citing David Z. Inc. v Timur on Fifth Ave., 7 AD3d 257, 258 [1st Dept 2004, mem].)
