Person includes one (1) or more individuals, partnerships, associations, organizations,
corporations, legal representatives, trustees, receivers, political subdivisions,
boards, commissions, and their officers and agents. For real property cases, a person
is defined as stated by the Fair Housing Act.

Physical access means the absence of physical obstacles that limit a person's with a disability opportunity
for full and equal use of or benefit from goods, services and privileges; or, when
necessary the use of methods to overcome the discriminatory effect of physical obstacles.
The methods may include redesign of equipment, assignment of aides or use of alternate
accessible locations.

Program access means:
(a)
The use of auxiliary aids or services to ensure full and equal use of or benefit from
goods, services and privileges; and
(b)
The absence of criteria or methods of administration that directly, indirectly or
through contractual or other arrangements have the effect of subjecting qualified
person with a disability to discrimination on the basis of disability or have the
effect of defeating or impairing the accomplishment of the objectives of the program.

Public accommodations include every business accommodation, refreshment, entertainment, recreation, or
transportation facility, whether licensed or not, whose goods, services, facilities,
privileges, advantages, or accommodations are extended, offered, sold or otherwise
made available to the public. By way of example, but not of limitation, "public accommodation"
includes facilities of the following types:
