449 charsFinally, in view of the issues of fact on the record before us, we conclude that the court properly denied that part of plaintiffs’ motion seeking an award of attorneys’ fees under the terms of the lease. The determination whether plaintiffs are entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees should await the outcome of a trial (see Meysar Realty Corp. v Anndon Rest. Corp., 277 AD2d 99 [2000]).
