The majority stresses the 'fact' that a tenant may have up to six days to prepare for trial. But as of right, the statute guarantees only two. While various discretionary actions may result in a tenant's having the full six days, '(t)he right of a citizen to due process of law must rest upon a basis more substantial than favor or discretion.'
