§ 85-3
Definitions.
DEPUTY HEALTH OFFICER
An official who performs the duties of the health officer when the latter is unavailable or in cooperation with such officer.
DWELLING
Any building, structure, trailer, mobile home, camp, or part thereof, used and occupied for human habitation or intended to be so used, including any appurtenances belonging thereto or usually enjoyed therewith.
HEALTH OFFICER
An official appointed by the City Manager pursuant to Section 5.01 of the City Charter who enforces the state and local health laws, codes, and ordinances.
HOUSING BOARD OF APPEALS
For purposes of this chapter, the Housing Board of Appeals shall mean the City Council.
LANDLORD
An owner, lessor, or agent thereof who rents or leases residential premises including manufactured housing or space in a manufactured housing park to another person.
OWNER
Any person holding any legal or equitable title to any dwelling that is subject to the provisions of this chapter.
