§ 85-1
Authority.
Pursuant to the provisions of New Hampshire RSA 48-A, and every other of its applicable powers, the City of Lebanon (the "City") hereby adopts the following City Code chapter to govern the minimum acceptable housing standards of dwellings let for rent within the City.
