347 chars510 F.2d 1162 (9th Cir.1975), we held that a § 3617 claim by an apartment manager against the management company, alleging that he was fired for renting to black and Mexican-American tenants, was not barred by the statute of limitations. We did not question whether the claim could proceed despite the contractual relationship between the parties.
