423 A.2d 939, 941 (D.C.1980). The statute of limitations for an express or implied contract is three years. D.C.Code § 12-301(7). Therefore, plaintiff’s claims for breach of the implied warranty of habitability, breach of the duty to make repairs, and breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment are properly limited to the events that occurred within the three years of the commencement of this action.
