“In reaching this determination, we review the evidence in the light most favorable to the plaintiff, giving him the benefit of all reasonable inferences, and disregarding the defendant’s evidence except as it aids the plaintiffs case ... If reasonable minds can draw different conclusions from the facts, causation questions are for the jury, and a directed verdict is not proper.” Id. at 876.
