359 charsSMITH, Presiding Judge. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in favor of defendant in plaintiffs rent and possession suit. Although raising one issue requesting a new trial, plaintiffs main issue on appeal is the trial court’s refusal to sustain its motions for directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. We reverse.
