397 charsMr. Kenney did not vacate the apartment by September 30, 1996. Rather, he remained in the apartment for the month of October 1996, but failed to pay the rent for that month. On October 31,1996, the David-sons gave Mr. Kenney a new letter notifying him to vacate the premises immediately. Mr. Kenney continued to remain in possession of the apartment and again failed to pay his November 1996 rent.
