260 charsDOWD, Presiding Judge. This is an unlawful detainer action, § 534.030 RSMo 1978, brought by Norman Leve and Mark Turken (hereinafter plaintiffs), a partnership doing business at Sun-nydale Properties, against Mr. and Mrs. Walter Delph (hereinafter defendants).
