Salsich and Union-Sarah Realty Investment Corporation, though through most of the receivership period, Cleary alone served as receiver. Following his motion for discharge the court made its order appointing receivers Peter W. Salsich and Union-Sarah Realty Investment Corporation and as pointed out herein, the record is not clear concerning what function if any they performed.
